the "KW Websites") and by your use thereof you signify your assent
to these conditions of use. If you disagree with any of these conditions

Inc., or their affiliated companies (collectively, "King World") or
their licensors. "King World," "THE MARTIN SHORT SHOW," "THE ROSEANNE
SHOW," "HOLLYWOOD SQUARES," "INSIDE EDITION" and other titles, characters,
names and graphics are trademarks of these companies. You may not
produce, distribute or use any material, including but not limited
to text, video, audio or graphics from the KW Websites for any purpose,
other than for your personal, non-commercial use, without our express
written permission.
While
King World welcomes your comments regarding our television programs
and websites, it is our policy not to accept or consider unsolicited
submissions of creative ideas, segment suggestions, character ideas,
scripts, artwork, photographs or other materials (collectively, "Unsolicited
Materials"). We have adopted this policy to avoid potential legal
disputes that might arise due to a similarity between Unsolicited
Materials and projects now or in the future under development by King
World. Do not send us Unsolicited Materials.
As
stated above, we ask that you do not send us Unsolicited Materials.
However, all material submitted to the KW Websites (including Unsolicited
Materials and material that we request, such as e-mail, news tips,
show ideas or suggested themes) becomes the sole and exclusive property
of King World. By submitting material to the KW Websites, users grant
King World permission to use any such material and the information,
ideas and concepts contained in such material in any manner we choose.
We take no responsibility for material submitted to us, through the
Websites or otherwise, and you agree not to assert any ownership right
of any kind in your submissions (including but not limited to copyright,
trademark, unfair competition, moral rights or implied contract) and
you waive the right to receive any financial or other consideration
or credit in connection with anything submitted to the KW Websites.
King
World is not responsible for material submitted to its Websites and
reserves the right to move or remove material from its Websites for
any reason. King World reserves the right to disclose information
as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.
KW Websites may provide links to third-party sites, however, King
World has not reviewed third-party sites linked to its websites and
is not responsible for the content of any products or services offered
on such third-party sites.

World is not responsible for any material posted on the Bulletin Boards,
Chat Rooms or other forums conducted on this site ("Forums"). You
shall not upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through
such Forums any content which:
a) libels, defames, or is obscene, pornographic, abusive or theatening;
b) infringes any intellectual property right or any entity or person,
including but not limited to violating anyone's copyrights or trademarks;
c) violates any law;
d) advocates illegal activity;
e) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for
goods or services;
f) contains a virus or other harmful component; or
g) violates any other rights of third parties (collectively "Non-
Approved Material").
You agree to indemnify King World for any and all claims, damages,
losses, and causes of action arising out of your publication or transmittal
of Non-Approved Material or your failure to comply with these Terms
of Use. While King World does not and cannot review every message
posted by users in the Forums and is not responsible for the content
of these messages, King World reserves the right to delete, move,
or edit messages that it, in its sole discretion, deems unacceptable.
THE MATERIAL ON KW WEBSITES IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER KING WORLD NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED
IN THE CREATION OR TRANSMITTAL OF KW WEBSITES IS LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, KW WEBSITES.
These
terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles
of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity
arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the
state or federal courts located in New York County and you hereby
consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for
the purposes of litigating any such action. In no event shall you
be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief. If any provision
of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
